Well, the subject line says it all. I'm working on a new star wars fanfiction. I don't know if I will post my finished product here, but here's a psinopsis.
"A short, short time later, in a galaxy not so far away, people live their lives as people in the republic used to do. The planet known as Earth has gone under the scope of the gedi, not understanding that their 'star wars movies' were actual events that have occured. But in this time, two worlds will collide. Earthling will step foot on coresant. Gedi and earthling will meet face to face..."
If I gave any more, it would be spoiling. Well, that's my psinopsis. Tell me how you like it!
P.S, don't be surprised if you find some of my Lord of the Rings fanfiction on this board. Lord of the Rings and star wars and Lord of the Rings freaking rock! You notice I wrote LotR twice, well that's because LotR rocks 3 times more than any other movie! Rock on LotR and SW!
I don't have much to say until i read it. Fanfiction's a tricky thing to writ. Feel free to post it though. If nothing else it wil be nice to see something on the writer's block which isn't poetry or an essay. Not that either are bad, it's just nice to have a change.
I agree. Fanfiction is tricky, but not always. Poetry really isn't my thing. It's good every now and then, but fiction is where it's at. Now, nonfiction is good too. But fiction is what I usually read.
P.S, my full fanfiction will be in chapters. It will be on separate threads, though.
I honestly wouldn't recommend doing that. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did, but when I posted mine in chapters hardly anybody read it. I recommend sticking with one post. It's up to you, but that's been my experience so far. If nothing else it's easier to keep track of.
